The Forest of Dean is home to many different local activities, from forest walks, to off road driving.
If you choose to stay in one our family rooms or take two of our cottage rooms we can offer you a family rate. For as little as £50.00 per person per night we can offer you overnight accommodation, full English breakfast, and a three course dinner in the Restaurant. The price includes VAT at 20% and is based on families of three, four or five sharing the accommodation in these particular rooms... Children are entitled to the same menu selection as their parents. If you bring your dog a charge of £10 per day will apply. This offer is subject to the availability of these rooms only. A supplement will be made to rooms in the main Hotel.
For those families wishing to bring their own bikes, the Hotel will offer storage for bikes.
For those of you wishing to hire bikes we can arrange for this too. Bikes can be hired locally from £12 per day. “Pedalabikeaway “is just a mile or so down the road from the hotel from where you can join the various cycling trails. The Hotel is surrounded by walking routes and The Beechenhurst Lodge with all the activities that it has to offer is a short walk down the hill or through the forest on part of the Sculpture Trail foot path.
At the Centre children might like to try out the Motiva Adventure Tower which has 24 graded routes from easy to extreme climbing and Abseiling... The Forest offers so much fun for all the family. If Dad is a keen golfer we can arrange for him to play at a local course. Come and try us and find out.
